Our customers can contact with the after sales and maintenance
engineers by calling the Customer Service Center hotline. After
making a preliminary judgment on the issue, the engineers will offer
on-site services within 4-8 hours when necessary. (on-site service
delivery in 4 working hours within the 4th ring road and 8 working
hours outside the 4th ring road.)
Installation Service (The users who have signed maintenance
contracts have priority)
Services:
After the on-line purchasing of the office equipment, consumables
or accessories, our operators will provide on-site installation
services and record each service situation to set up a customer
service profile for the convenience of inquiry. Installation services
include the following types:
printers, photocopiers, fax machines, shredders, projectors, scanners
and other office equipment.

same city, including the on-site teardown and electrical and physical

do we need professional after-sales maintenance service?

| The after-sales
service for copier is not just repair after failure occurs, but also
the cleaning and maintenance work before failure occurs. The machines
