Delivery Areas

At present,we have setup large warehouses and distribution centers in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou, and we are expanding more service areas to meet customer requirements.

If you're in one of our many local delivery areas,then your order will be delivered.

Our Delivery Areas:

Beijing: All regions within the Fifth Ring Road and some areas outside Fifth Ring Road, including the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, ShangDi Area,Tianzhu Airport Industrial Zone and other major business areas. We also provide delivery services for customers regularly.

Shanghai: The areas within the outer ring

Guangzhou: Eight districts (Liwan,Yuexiu,Dongshan,Tianhe,Fangcun,Haizhu,Baiyun and Huangpu).

Delivery Charges

Do I need pay for the delivery service?

Delivery is free for any order of ￥100 or more. The delivery charge for orders under ￥100 is ￥10.

How can I get free next business day delivery?

If you place an order before 12: a.m., then your order will be delivered next business day. We also offer "next half working day delivery" service (eg. Monday morning order, Monday afternoon delivery) in CBD, Financial Street and Zhongguancun Area.

To see whether your address is in a local delivery area

If your address is outside of our local delivery areas and there are no special requirements on the delivery time, the transportation method will be inland roadway. Generally, the delivery time will be no more than 5 business days for most of the domestic cities. The delivery charge will vary on a case-by-case basis.

Urgent Delivery Service

We offer "urgent delivery" service in our local delivery areas to customers who need delivery as soon as possible. If customers whose address is out of our local delivery areas have "urgent delivery" requirements, either the Railway Express or Air transportation will deliver according to the customer's preference. Generally the delivery time will be no more than 5 business days for most of the domestic cities. The delivery charge will vary on a case-by-case basis.

Special Delivery Service

We also offer delivery service on Saturday,Sunday and national holidays based on customer requests.The delivery charge will vary on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Time

Beijing

Other Cities

Just place an order (some furniture,gifts and over sized items excluded) before 5:30 pm., then your order will be delivered the next business day. If you place an order after 5:30 pm, then your order will be processed the next business day and delivered the third business day.

If you order over sized office equipment, we will confirm the delivery time with you.

If you order gifts, we will confirm the delivery time with you based on items and quantities.
