4.Responsible for vendor negotiations and day-to-day management.
Qualifications:
1.Two years of office supplies,FMCG,retail,or other procurement experience.
2.Have keen market insights,good at developing and marketing new products.
3.Have good negotiations skills and professional commodities management skills.

·OA/IT Manager

Responsibilities:

·OA Maintain Engineer

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for OA equipment installation and debugging(computer,printer,copier,fax machine,projector,shredder,timerecorder,binding machine and electronic board)
2.Responsible for maintain and care OA equipment and other after sales service
3.Participate in canon technology training and test.
Qualifications:
1.College education with computer and information technology major
2.Strong communication skill and good team player
3.At least 2 years work experiences and proficient in Epson, EBA etc equipment maintain
4.Easy-going and have strong sense of responsibility.

·Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for accounting process and report management data and local tax report
2.Responsible for supervising and enforcing financial system of head office
3.Responsible for auditing customer sales contract and suppliers purchase contract
4.Annual operational planning and budget development and control and Coordinate the relationships with some local governments (Tax Bureau, Statistics Bureau, Finance Bureau, Bank etc.)
5.Auditing suppliers closing and supervising inventory turnover.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree with accounting major
2.More than 5 years work experiences and at least 3 years experiences in management
3.Familiar with closing,fund management,credit management system and financial analysis
4.Familiar with all financial policy and system in Shenzhen
5.Strong communication and management skills and be able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
1. Handle office cash flow,ie.withdraw cash from bank, pay cash expenses and reimburse office expenses.
2. Contact office landlord to handle any possible issues.
3. Settle down cheque payment and reconciliate bank a/c statement,ie.write cheque payment,record each cheque payment and regularly check balance statement with bank.
4. Manage the employees expense reimbursement,check all the supporting documents with accuracy and proper authorization,

Qualifications:

3. Very experienced in the use of Microsoft Office applications and UF financial software

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for reception,conference management,files management and management subscription
